Doctor Bengt Nielsen
Dr. Bengt Nielsen is Chief Executive of GE Healthcare International Research Division. He studied at University of Linkoeping in Sweden where he received his Ph.D in radiation physics in 1985. He worked at the Department of Radiation Physics at the same university as well as being a pioneer in Sweden as Hospital Physicist with Diagnostic Imaging.
Since 2005, Bengt has led the Academic Programs within GE Healthcare International.
